Volunteer Online Retreat là chương trình thực tập online thuộc mạng lưới Thank You Life Network dành cho các tình nguyện viên cho cuộc sống; nơi mỗi người được nuôi dưỡng thân – tâm – trí, kết nối với cộng đồng tích cực và từng bước trở thành phiên bản hoàn thiện hơn của chính mình và từ đó phụng sự cuộc sống.
Retreat được đồng hành xuyên suốt cùng One Percent Academy với Văn Hoá 1% và triết lý tốt hơn 1% trong từng hơi thở.
The Volunteer Online Retreat is an online practice program for Volunteers for Life—a space to nurture the body, mind, and spirit, connect with a positive community, and grow into a more wholehearted version of yourself through daily practice and service.
Throughout the journey, participants are accompanied by One Percent Academy, embracing the 1% Culture and the philosophy of becoming 1% better with every breath.

Hôm nay, chúng mình có một câu hỏi đến từ chị Paget Kagy: What’s something you're doing right now that nobody’s clapping for yet?
Điều gì bạn đang âm thầm làm mỗi ngày, dù chưa ai nhìn thấy hay vỗ tay cho bạn?
Thời gian qua, một cách tự nhiên, chúng mình đều đi vào hành trình lowkey - gần như không mấy xuất hiện trên mxh. Một phần là vì chúng mình đang trải qua giai đoạn dành cho sự “trưởng thành”, người thì học làm vợ chồng, làm cha mẹ, người thì học về tình yêu đôi lứa… Dần dần chúng mình trở nên tận hưởng blessing của việc sống lowkey, là thứ giúp chúng mình hiện diện chân thật và đủ đầy hơn với chính mình và những người xung quanh.
Là cuộc chơi của những người trưởng thành, nhưng phải thú nhận rằng, chúng mình chưa thực sự trưởng thành đâu. Vẫn cần tự nhắc và nhắc nhau nhiều lắm.
Và càng đi, khái niệm về Trưởng thành càng lúc càng được mở rộng.
Là việc bạn nhận trách nhiệm 100% cho tất cả những gì đang có mặt trong và ngoài mình.
Là việc bạn neo mình vào niềm tin nơi Cuộc sống đang chăm lo cho tất thảy và phó thác vào đó mọi sự. Vì niềm tin là chìa khoá.
Là những khoảnh khắc trái tim bạn mở ra qua những lần tranh cãi, rồi sau đó là sự thấu hiểu, yêu thương cho nhau.
Là lúc mà bạn cam kết bứng nhổ xả ly những gì kìm kẹp bạn khỏi sự sáng tạo cùng con game này.
Là lúc bạn nhìn thấy sức mạnh của những thực tập đang cắt giúp, kết thúc giúp những vòng lặp luẩn quẩn ở mình và gia đình mình.
Là lúc bạn nhận ra, ồ, sự thực tập của mình đã đem lại hoa trái ngay chính nơi tâm tươi mát hôm nay.
Là lúc bạn có thể hồn nhiên vui đùa cùng lũ trẻ.
Là những ngày mà bạn không còn lo sợ về thế giới bên ngoài nữa, mà là trạng thái của sự tin tưởng luôn được che chở, yêu thương để bạn có thể làm mọi sự lành.
Là còn nhiều lắm. Có lẽ, sự nhúng mình vào trải nghiệm trưởng thành này chính là điều chúng mình đã làm mà chưa cần đến sự vỗ tay của ai.
Thời gian qua, dù không truyền thông rộng rãi, đội ngũ Thank You Life Network vẫn âm thầm duy trì các circle thực tập thanh lọc, các buổi chia sẻ những topic về đời sống, chia sẻ các không gian tu dưỡng đến các tình nguyện viên và khách trải nghiệm, cũng như trao đi những sản phẩm thuần lành từ Mẹ thiên nhiên đến tay hàng trăm người bạn.
Và khi nghe được tiếng gọi từ Cuộc sống, biết rằng đã đến lúc trở lại, chúng mình tái xuất giang hồ với chuỗi dự án đến hết năm nay, với tinh thần: Mature Together - Cùng nhau Trưởng thành. Qua đó, mong nguyện được đồng hành với các bạn ăn mừng và tri ân sự sống trong mọi khoảnh khắc, chia sẻ những thông điệp, các kỹ năng sống cần thiết cho giai đoạn sắp tới, mở rộng các cơ hội hợp tác, đồng sáng tạo, cũng như hỗ trợ cho các dự án cộng đồng phù hợp.

Dear beloved friends,
Today, we'd love to leave you with a question shared by Paget Kagy:
"What's something you're doing right now that nobody's clapping for yet?"
What is something you've been quietly showing up for every single day, even though no one may ever notice or applaud you?
Over the past months, we've naturally stepped into a quieter season. We haven't been very active on social media, and that wasn't by accident.
Life has been inviting each of us into a different kind of learning.
Some of us have been learning how to become better partners, husbands, wives, or parents. Others have been discovering what love truly asks of us. Each of us, in our own way, has been gently growing up.
And somewhere along the way, we've fallen in love with the blessing of living *low-key*.
A quieter life has given us the space to become more present, more honest with ourselves, and more available for the people we love. It has reminded us that not everything beautiful needs to be seen, and not every season needs an audience.
People often say adulthood is a different kind of game.
The truth is—we're still learning how to play it.
We still remind ourselves. We still remind one another. Every single day.
And the longer we walk this path, the more the meaning of **maturity** continues to unfold.
Maturity is taking full responsibility for the life you've been given—both the world within you and the world around you.
It is choosing to trust that Life is lovingly holding everything, even when you cannot yet understand the whole picture. It is learning to surrender, because faith opens doors that fear never can.
It is allowing your heart to soften after disagreement, making room for understanding where there was once hurt, and for love where there was once distance.
It is courageously letting go of the beliefs, habits, and stories that keep you from creating the life your soul longs to live.
It is witnessing how simple daily practices slowly break the old cycles that have quietly shaped not only your own life, but generations before you.
It is waking up one morning and realizing,

*"My heart feels lighter."*
*"Peace has become more natural than struggle."*
It is laughing wholeheartedly with children again.
It is no longer living in fear of the world, but resting in the quiet confidence that you are deeply loved, gently protected, and invited to become a blessing wherever you are.
And perhaps... there are countless other moments that words could never fully capture.
Looking back, maybe this quiet journey of becoming has been the very thing we've been doing all along—without needing applause, recognition, or permission from anyone.
While we've been mostly out of sight, the Thank You Life Network family has quietly continued showing up.
We've kept gathering in our practice circles, holding spaces for reflection, purification, and inner growth. We've continued sharing conversations about everyday life, welcoming volunteers and guests into spaces of learning and renewal, and bringing wholesome gifts from Mother Nature into the hands of hundreds of beautiful souls.
None of it was loud.
But all of it mattered.
And now, as we listen carefully to Life, we sense that it's time to step forward once again.
For the rest of this year, we'll be returning with a series of new projects, all rooted in one simple invitation:
"Mature Together."
Because we believe none of us is meant to grow alone.
Our hope is to walk beside you as we celebrate the gift of life in every ordinary moment, share wisdom and practical life skills for the season ahead, create opportunities to collaborate and co-create, and support meaningful community initiatives that help more people live with love, gratitude, and purpose.
Thank you for walking this journey with us.
May we continue becoming—one gentle step, one faithful practice, one beautiful day at a time.
